WIP CODEC WAYNE DRESSER GLOBAL STAR CENTURY

The controller is designed for installation in:

• Fuel dispensers SK700-2 (CPU Sandpiper-2, Apollo) with IS-Hub and IS-BUSS boards and any flow sensors, including Ecometer, SIP-1, SIP-2.
• Wayne Dresser Global Star Century 3D fuel dispensers and other models with WIP flow sensors in black, blue, or red.

The controller ensures remote adjustment of the dispensing system settings for 1 to 8 fuel dispensers using 4 predefined algorithms. Control is performed via a remote radio control with 4 buttons.

The controller provides the following functions:

1. Three different percentages of under-delivery, for example, -2%, -3%, -5%.
2. "Metrolog" mode at 0, 10, or 20 liters (this amount is dispensed accurately).
3. Two different under-delivery algorithms:
   • Traditional: the under-delivery is uniform across the entire dispensing operation (considering the set "metrolog").
   • Alternative: the under-delivery percentage dynamically changes. As it approaches the "metrolog" value, it adjusts to ensure that in the "metrolog" zone +/-0.5 liters, the amount dispensed is accurate. After that, the system compensates, and further adjustments are made. There can be several "metrolog" zones, for example, 5, 10, 20, or 50 liters. For instance, 5, 10, 20, and 50 liters will be dispensed accurately, while the rest will have under-delivery.
4. Additionally, with a second remote, the system offers 3 different suction (drain) modes, for example, 1:5, 1:10, 1:100, or 1:200 (1:200 only for Wayne Dresser WIP). Suction can occur on both sides or on the selected side, while the other side works as usual.
