The installation of the proposed controllers does not require any modifications to the dispenser software or the Management System. The controller can be installed, removed, or transferred to another unit by personnel with minimal qualifications.

The SHC and WIP-C controllers are specially designed electronic boards for use in fuel station equipment. They are intended for quick adjustment of the dosing systems in fuel dispensers (FD). The controller is integrated into the FD’s electronic circuit between the flow sensor and the calculator, modifying sensor data using various algorithms. The included remote control (RC) allows the user to select any of the four pre-programmed correction modes.

Available Modes: Normal mode; Under-delivery from -1% to - 10%; Drain 10:1, 50:1, 100:1

Default settings:

Remote A: Button 1: -2%; Button 2: -3%; Button 3: -5%; Button 4: Norm

Remote B: Button 1: 10:1; Button 2: 50:1; Button 3: 100:1; Button 4: Norm

Values can be adjusted within reasonable limits

It is possible to link additional remote controls and replace them if needed.

The controllers are specifically designed for self-installation and come with detailed step-by-step instructions including photos and usage tips. The input and output signals are protected against incorrect connections whenever possible. Most boards require no special skills— Plug & Play — just plug it in, and it works right out of the box.
